Our Factory — Flash Memory Production in Shenzhen
This section documents the factory behind the products: what happens at each stage, how quality is checked, and which claims we can support with evidence. WINTEL operates its own flash memory production in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. The chain runs from wafer sorting and testing through COB bonding and SMT placement, housing and assembly, marking and branding, to capacity and read/write verification before packing. Where we do not yet have a published figure — monthly capacity, equipment counts, certificates — it is marked as to be confirmed on this page rather than filled in with a number we cannot stand behind.
