OEM means you bring a defined specification and we manufacture to it under your own brand: the capacity, interface, read and write speed, silicon source, controller solution, housing and branding you specify, produced on our own line rather than sourced from whoever has capacity. The risk OEM buyers are actually managing is drift — a substitution made quietly when material is short, which turns the product you receive into something other than the one you approved. So the silicon source and controller are fixed in writing before we price, and you approve a physical sample before the run starts.

Silicon and controller selection
Dies sourced from SanDisk, Toshiba, Micron, SK Hynix, Intel and Samsung, in TSOP, BGA, LGA, COB and eMMC formats. Controllers from Alcor, ITE, Xinbang and Micov in QFN, 24-pin, 48-pin and COB packages.
Housing and tooling
Metal, PVC and wood bodies, with bespoke moulds available for a shape based on your own design, product or logo.
Branding and packaging
Silk-screen printing, full-colour printing and laser engraving, with presentation boxes and accessories where required.
Semi-finished supply
If you already have a housing and an assembly line, we supply the electronic core instead of a finished drive — UDP modules at 11.3 × 24.8 × 1.45 mm or semi-finished boards at 12 × 44 × 4.5 mm.

- Specification confirmation We confirm the configuration in writing — including the silicon source and controller solution — before pricing it.
- Quotation Priced against your specification and volume, with the full cost of product, branding and packaging stated, and the validity period given.
- Sample approval You approve a physical sample against your specification before bulk production begins.
- Production and verification Capacity and read/write performance are confirmed before packing.

A specification that does not drift
When material is short, substitutions get made quietly. Fixing capacity, controller and silicon grade in writing is what prevents the product you receive from differing from the one you approved.
Knowing the price you will actually pay
Tooling, artwork and freight added after a quote is accepted are a well-documented complaint in this industry. The full cost belongs in the quotation.
Approving the result before volume
A physical sample before bulk production is the only way to confirm colour, print quality and body feel — particularly for a bespoke mould.

What do you need from me to quote an OEM order?

How do you prevent silent substitution?
The silicon source, grade and controller solution are written into the specification we quote against. If material availability forces a change, it goes back to you before production rather than after delivery.
Can you match a product already in production elsewhere?
Yes, provided the specification is defined. Send us the current specification and drawing and we will confirm what we can match — including where we cannot.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on product type, capacity, controller solution and whether tooling is required. Send your specification and we will confirm the MOQ together with the price. There is no single MOQ figure that applies across all of our products.
How is OEM different from ODM?
