Custom Flash Memory Manufacturer for OEM/ODM Buyers
We build custom TF cards, UDP modules, USB drives and semi-finished boards on our own
production floor in Shenzhen. You pick the capacity, speed, interface and branding — we
manufacture to your spec, from sample to bulk.
Every product family we manufacture, in pictures. Open any product to read its full
specification — capacity, interface and customization options included.
Production overruns, cancelled orders and the tail of completed runs — finished drives
already in the warehouse. Same build as a regular order; the tooling, sample round and
production slot behind them are already paid for, which is where the saving comes from.
Quantities are fixed and lots do not restock. Plain bodies can still carry your logo.
Every WINTEL product is built to your specification, not pulled from a fixed shelf. Here is
exactly what you can specify on the two product lines buyers customize most — capacity,
speed, body, branding and the silicon inside.
TF card customization
Specify the silicon, the speed and the print — we build to it.
Capacity selection — 4GB to 256GB
Read / write speed specified per project
Card surface printing and your own logo
Retail and bulk packaging options
Silicon from SanDisk, Toshiba, Micron, SK Hynix, Intel and Samsung
Every WINTEL product is built to your specification, not pulled from a fixed shelf. These nine
dimensions are the levers you control on a custom order — capacity, silicon, controller, body,
branding and packaging all held exactly as quoted.
Three checkpoints: incoming die screening, in-process checks, and capacity and read/write
verification before packing. We publish what we check and what we cannot yet document.
Verify any card from any supplier with a full capacity write-and-read-back. The method is
published here — it is the check we would want run on our own batch.
Silicon is sourced from SanDisk, Toshiba, Micron, SK Hynix, Intel, Samsung at A+ grade. We are not an authorised agent or
distributor for any NAND brand — read what that means.
About WINTEL
Real factory. Custom spec. Verified quality.
WINTEL is a registered flash memory manufacturer, not a trading company. We build custom TF
cards, UDP modules, USB drives and semi-finished boards to your specification on our own
floor in Shenzhen, then verify every batch before it ships.
A registered manufacturer
Legal entity: Shenzhen Wintel Digital Technology Limited. Registered on 2015-05-12. Our plant is at 5,000 m² in Bantian, Shenzhen — the address on our
invoices, business registration and social profiles. We do not sell to retail consumers.
Key capabilities
Product range
TF cards 4GB – 256GB
UDP modules 128MB – 128GB
USB drives: metal, PVC, wood
Semi-finished PCBA boards
Silicon & packages
NAND from SanDisk, Toshiba, Micron, SK Hynix, Intel and Samsung in TSOP, BGA, LGA,
COB and eMMC formats.
What you can specify
Capacity, interface, speed
Housing material and shape
Branding: print, laser, colour
Sample approval before bulk
Vertical integration, end to end
We run the full chain on our own floor: incoming die screening, SMT/COB placement,
housing assembly, marking and branding, then capacity verification and packing. A physical
sample is approved before bulk production starts.
Wafer sorting & testing — Die-level screening before packaging.
COB bonding / SMT placement — Bare die or packaged part onto the PCB.
Housing & assembly — Metal, PVC or wood housing assembly.
Capacity, interface, silicon source, grade and controller solution are stated on your quotation — so a shortage becomes a conversation, not a substitution you discover on arrival.
We publish the test method — a full capacity write-and-read-back — rather than asking you to trust a claim. It works on any card from any supplier, including ours.
Bulk production starts after you have approved a physical sample against the specification. For colour-critical branding or a bespoke mould this is the only reliable check.
Six steps from your specification to shipped product. Capacity, interface, silicon source,
controller and branding are confirmed in writing at step 02 — so the batch you receive is the
batch you approved.
01 · Send your requirementsProduct, capacity, quantity, application, interface, required speed, branding, packaging and target delivery date. A short brief is enough to start.
02 · Confirm specificationsWe confirm NAND source, controller, capacity, performance, MOQ, lead time, packaging and price against your specification — one written quotation, the full cost.
03 · Sample productionWe build a physical sample to the confirmed specification on our own floor in Shenzhen — silicon, controller and branding held exactly as quoted.
04 · Sample testing & approvalCapacity, read/write, compatibility, appearance, branding and packaging checks on the sample. You approve it before bulk production begins.
05 · Mass productionBuilt to the approved sample on our own floor — the same configuration held across every batch.
06 · QC inspectionCapacity verification, read/write testing, appearance inspection and packaging inspection on the production batch before it leaves the floor.
07 · Packing & shipmentPacked and exported against your Incoterms. You receive the test method so you can verify the batch independently.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
WINTEL is a registered flash memory manufacturer, not a trading company. Our plant is in Bantian, Shenzhen — the address on our business registration, invoices and social profiles. We build the product on our own floor rather than relaying orders to a third party.
What can I customize?
Capacity, interface, speed class, controller, NAND source, housing material and shape, logo, packaging and — where the project needs it — preloaded data or firmware. See the full customization list above.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set by capacity, controller solution and how much customization is involved, and is confirmed in your quotation rather than applied as a single generic figure. See how MOQ is set.
Can I get samples before a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it — particularly for printed artwork or a bespoke mould. Bulk production starts only after you approve a physical sample against the specification.
How long is the lead time?
It depends on the configuration, branding and whether tooling is needed, and is confirmed against your target date in the quotation. See what drives lead time.
Which NAND do you use?
Silicon is sourced from SanDisk, Toshiba, Micron, SK Hynix, Intel and Samsung at A+ grade. We are not an authorised agent or distributor for any NAND brand — we tell you the source and grade in writing before quoting.
How do you test the flash?
Capacity verification with a full write-and-read-back, plus read/write testing, before packing. The method is published so you can verify the batch independently.
How do I request a quote?
Product type, capacity, quantity, application and target date is enough to start. Open the quote form and we reply to business enquiries within one business day.
