What happens after I submit the form?

Your enquiry reaches the sales team directly. If the specification is complete you get a quotation; if something is missing you get specific questions rather than a generic price list. Either way, within one business day.

Is a quotation binding?

A quotation states its own validity period, because NAND pricing moves. Within that window the price holds; beyond it, we re-confirm before you commit.

Can I get a sample before committing to a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are produced and approved before bulk production. What to test on the sample is agreed in advance so approval means something specific.

Will you sign an NDA before I send drawings?

Yes. Send yours or ask for ours. Artwork, mould drawings and specifications are covered before they are exchanged.
