OEM manufacturing
You bring the specification. We build to it, under your brand.
- Product configuration
- Silicon and controller selection
- Housing and tooling
- Branding and packaging
Three things decide whether a flash order goes well, and none of them is the unit price. First, whether the specification is fixed in writing so it cannot drift when material is short. Second, whether the silicon and controller were chosen for your device rather than defaulted to what is on the line. Third, whether the branding, packaging and schedule are quoted as one deliverable with nothing added afterwards. These are the three services below. Each is quoted together with the product, not as an extra.
You bring the specification. We build to it, under your brand.
You bring the requirement. We develop the configuration that fits it.
The die grade and controller choice decide whether your host enumerates reliably.
Printing, engraving, housing and packaging specified as one deliverable.
Pick by where you are in the buying process, not by which name sounds closest to your job title. The four services run on the same production chain — the difference is how much of the configuration is decided before you contact us.
OEM manufacturing
You bring capacity, interface, speed, silicon source, controller, housing and branding. We build to it under your brand, with the configuration fixed in writing before we price.
OEM manufacturing →ODM development
You bring what the device must do and we develop the configuration — die format, capacity, controller, package — and hand back something your engineers can review.
ODM development →Silicon & controller selection
The part has to work on your hardware. We treat silicon grade and controller choice as engineering decisions and propose a matched combination for your design review.
Silicon & controller selection →Custom branding
Printing, engraving, housing and packaging quoted as one deliverable, with nothing added to the price after you approve.
Custom branding →OEM means we build to a specification you bring. ODM means the configuration is developed with us — controller, NAND grade, capacity, enclosure and packaging — starting from your use case rather than from a finished drawing.
Usually yes. Send the sample and we will assess what can be matched and what cannot — housing, interface, capacity and read and write behaviour are matchable; a specific controller or NAND brand depends on availability and is confirmed before you commit.
The configuration is recorded per customer, so a reorder replicates the approved build rather than re-quoting from scratch. If a component changes because of supply, we tell you before production, not after delivery.
It depends on who pays for it. Tooling can be shared across orders and charged per unit, or paid once and held for you. Whichever applies is written into the quotation, so ownership and storage are not left to memory.
