Factory Audit & Visit
You do not have to take the factory claim on trust. WINTEL offers three ways to verify the production behind your order: a live video walkthrough you can join from anywhere, a scheduled visit to our floor in Guangdong, China, or an independent third-party inspection arranged through your own agent. The point is that a registered manufacturer can be checked — the building, the line and the people are real, and we would rather you confirm that before you send a specification than after.
Three ways to verify the factory
Live video walkthrough
A scheduled video call where we walk the floor with you — SMT placement, the test station, branding and packing — and answer questions in real time. Lowest friction, fastest to arrange.
Scheduled on-site visit
Visit the production floor in person. We confirm a time against your travel, and prepare the stages most relevant to your product — COB bonding, SMT, test and pack, or branding.
Third-party inspection
Engage your own inspection agent or a verification service. We provide access and the documents they need. Many buyers run this before the first production order.
What you can expect to see
- The building and floor our production runs in, at the address on our invoices and registration
- SMT placement and automated assembly, photographed and walkable on a visit
- The test station and burn-in equipment used for capacity and read/write verification
- COB bonding and card production, from bare board to finished module
- Marking, branding and packing, including print and engraving samples
The production chain we will walk through
- Wafer sorting & testing Die-level screening before packaging.
- COB bonding / SMT placement Bare die or packaged part onto the PCB.
- Housing & assembly Metal, PVC or wood housing assembly.
- Marking & branding Silk-screen, colour print, laser engraving.
- Test & pack Capacity / read-write verification, then packaging.
What we are not claiming yet
- Named customer references and project case studies
- Third-party certifications (ISO / CE / FCC / RoHS) certificate scans
- A published equipment list with machine counts — not yet documented

Frequently asked questions
How do I arrange a factory visit?
Email us with the dates and what you want to see. Visits are by appointment, and telling us the scope in advance — process walk-through, incoming material check, test records — means the right people are on site rather than whoever happens to be free.
Can I audit remotely instead of travelling?
A live video walk-through is possible and covers much of what an on-site visit does. What it cannot replace is holding the product, checking print against artwork in daylight, or pulling an unannounced sample from the line.
Will you accept a third-party inspector?
Yes. Third-party inspection before sign-off is a normal part of the process, and booking it is a scheduling question rather than a permission question. Tell us the agency and the inspection scope before the goods are packed.
