Can I order several capacities in a single production batch?
Yes, as long as the product and branding are the same, you can mix capacities in one order — for example 8GB, 16GB and 32GB drives with your logo. The capacity is set per unit during programming, so a mixed run is a scheduling choice, not a different product. Tell us the quantity of each capacity up front; we programme and pack them by capacity so your team receives labelled sub-batches rather than a mixed box. Mixing is common for promotional sets where one capacity does not fit every recipient.
How a mixed run is built
The housing, print and branding are identical across the run.
Capacity is written per unit during programming and verified in test.
Units are packed and labelled by capacity so you can split them on arrival.
What to specify
The quantity of each capacity, so we plan programming and pack-out correctly. A vague "some of each" leads to the wrong mix; a number per capacity does not.

Frequently asked questions
Does mixing capacities cost more per unit?
The drive cost follows each capacity’s silicon; the setup is one run. There is usually no mixing premium beyond the natural per-capacity price difference.
Are mixed runs tested per capacity?
Yes. Each capacity is verified to its own size during the batch test, not averaged across the order.
