Can I visit your factory in Shenzhen, or audit it without travelling?
Yes, both. You can come to the plant in Shenzhen, or we can run a live guided walkthrough on video — the second works just as well for checking the production line, the test stations and the quality checks, because you drive the camera. What an audit will not show you is any figure we have not published: monthly capacity, equipment counts and certificates are marked as to be confirmed on our factory page rather than dressed up on a tour. Ask to see any stage you care about and we will take you to it. The legal entity you would be buying from is Shenzhen Wintel Digital Technology Limited.
Three ways to look
Choose the level of scrutiny that matches the size of the order. All three are available before you commit to volume.
- In person — a scheduled visit to the production site in Shenzhen, walking the line with the team.
- Live video walkthrough — we go to the floor on camera and you direct it. Same stages, no flight.
- Third-party audit — an independent inspector reports on the line, the test records and the packing process.
What an audit is likely to cover
The stages your product passes through are the natural checklist, because that is where defects are either prevented or allowed through.
- Incoming silicon — grade and sourcing documentation, wafer sorting and testing.
- Assembly — COB bonding, SMT placement, housing and assembly.
- Testing — capacity and read/write verification, appearance and packaging inspection.
- Records — whether the tested configuration matches what was quoted for your order.
What we will not show you
We do not publish monthly capacity, equipment counts or certification documents on this site yet, so we do not present them as audited facts either. On a visit they stay marked as to be confirmed. If a figure matters to your decision, ask us directly and we will tell you the current position rather than reciting a number we have not verified.
Sources
Figures quoted on this page are from the published reporting listed above. Where a number is an estimate rather than a published figure, it is described as approximate.
Frequently asked questions
Does a visit cost anything?
No. Visits and live walkthroughs are offered as part of doing business. If you bring a third-party inspector, their fee is separate.
How far in advance should I ask?
Give us a few working days. We schedule the floor and the test stations around the order in progress, so an earlier request gives us a better line to show you.
Can I audit before placing an order at all?
Yes. Auditing before you commit is the normal order of work for a project of this size, and it is cheaper than finding the problem after production.
Will the walkthrough show the actual units I would receive?
It shows the line that makes them. For confirmation of your specific order, approve a sample first, then audit the batch it came from.
