What is your return and replacement policy for flash orders?
For a confirmed defect — a unit that fails capacity or read/write verification, or does not match the agreed specification — we replace or rework the affected units, and we cover the cost of putting it right. The basis is the batch test and the approved sample, not a debate after the fact: if a random sample from your batch misses the criterion we agreed, the batch is fixed before it ships, or replaced if it already did. Tell us your acceptance level up front so "defect" means the same thing to both of us, and keep the certificate of conformance with the shipment.
What we cover
Units that fail the capacity or read/write verification we ran before packing.
Units that do not match the agreed specification.
The cost of rework or replacement for those units.
What you should do
State your acceptance level in the quote so the standard is shared.
Test a random batch sample on your side too; a sample from the batch shows what the order actually is.

Frequently asked questions
Do you refund or replace?
For a genuine defect we rework or replace the affected units. A refund instead of replacement is something we agree case by case, depending on what you need.
What if I find defects after reselling?
Raise it with the batch certificate and we trace it to the production record. Field failures traced to our build are ours to put right; failures from misuse or a different batch are not.
