We apply your logo to USB flash drives by silk-screen printing, full-colour printing or laser engraving, on metal, PVC or wood bodies. The method follows the material: a technique that performs well on metal will not give the same result on PVC, so the two are confirmed together rather than separately. You approve a proof and a physical sample before bulk production, and branding is quoted as part of the total cost of the drive — artwork, tooling and packaging included in the same quotation, so nothing is added after you accept.

The three logo methods
Silk-screen printing
The standard method for solid-colour logos on flat or gently curved surfaces. Best for one- to three-colour marks where brand colour accuracy matters.
Full-colour printing
For gradients, photographs and multi-colour artwork. Suited to PVC and coated surfaces; the achievable colour range depends on the body material.
Laser engraving
Marks the metal or wood itself rather than printing onto it. The most durable option and the natural choice for metal bodies and premium gift positioning.

Tell us your colour specification when you enquire. Achievable accuracy depends on the body material and print method, so we confirm it per project and prove it on a sample rather than promising a universal match.
What artwork files do you need?
Tell us what you have and we will confirm what we need. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result for logos; we will advise honestly if a bitmap file will not reproduce well at the drive size.
Which branding method should I choose?
It depends on the body and the artwork: solid-colour logos suit silk-screen, photographic artwork needs full-colour print, and metal or wood bodies take engraving well. Send the artwork and target body and we will confirm the method.
Can I see my logo on a sample before the bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it for colour-critical branding. A physical sample is the only reliable way to confirm the printed or engraved result before volume production.
Does the logo cost extra after the quote?
