A custom USB flash drive is built to your specification instead of picked from a catalogue. At WINTEL you specify the body material (metal, PVC or wood), the shape — including a bespoke mould made to your own design — the capacity from 128MB to 128GB, the USB 2.0 or 3.0 interface, the branding method (silk-screen print, full-colour print or laser engraving) and the packaging. Because the flash is produced on our own floor in Shenzhen, the capacity and speed inside the custom body are specified by you rather than set by whatever module is in stock. You approve a physical sample before bulk production starts, and the silicon source and controller solution are stated in writing on the quotation.

What can be customised on a USB flash drive?

Can I use my own artwork?
Yes. Tell us the file format you have and we will confirm what we need to produce the proof. Vector artwork gives the cleanest result for logos; artwork handling is confirmed per project once the body material and print method are known.
Do I need a custom mould, or is a standard body enough?
