Are your flash products RoHS, CE and FCC compliant?
Our products are built to RoHS material standards (restriction of hazardous substances) and we can provide the relevant compliance documentation on request; for goods placed on the EU market the CE mark applies and for the US the FCC covers electromagnetic compatibility. We list RoHS, CE, FCC and SGS among our credentials. Compliance documentation is something we provide per order rather than a generic claim on the page, because the exact marks and test reports depend on the product and the destination. Ask for the specific certificate when you request the quote and we will confirm what we can show.
What the marks mean
RoHS restricts lead, mercury, cadmium and other substances in electrical and electronic equipment. It is a material standard, not a per-unit test.
CE is the manufacturer’s declaration that the product meets EU requirements; for flash this is mostly electromagnetic compatibility and RoHS.
FCC covers emissions for the US market. Which mark you need depends on where the product is sold, not on a single global rule.

Does RoHS apply to my custom shape?
Yes — RoHS is about the materials in the electronic part, not the housing shape. A PVC or wood body still carries the same electronic core and the same material standard.
