Can I get a certificate of conformance for my batch?
Yes. A certificate of conformance (CoC) is issued per batch and states what the batch is: product type, capacity, flash grade, any specified NAND source or controller, and the tests passed before packing. It is the document your own quality team or your customer uses to confirm the goods match the order. Request it in the quote so it is part of the deliverables, and we issue it against the tested batch rather than as a generic template. Keep the CoC with the batch record so a later question about that shipment has a paper answer.
What the CoC states
Product and capacity as built, not as nominal.
Flash grade and any specified source or controller.
The verification steps completed before packing (capacity and read/write).
Why per batch
A CoC describes one production run. A generic certificate proves nothing about your specific units, which is why we issue it against the batch that actually shipped.

Frequently asked questions
Is the CoC in English?
By default yes, since we supply international buyers. If your customer needs another language, say so in the quote and we confirm the format.
Can the CoC reference my purchase order number?
Yes. Give us the PO number and we reference it on the document so it files against your own order record.
Working on a specification?
Send us the product type, capacity, quantity and target date. We reply to business enquiries within 1 business day.
