What certificates and compliance documents can you provide?
On request we can provide RoHS, CE and FCC related compliance documentation and SGS involvement where applicable, plus a certificate of conformance for the batch. We do not publish a folder of certificates on the site because the exact document depends on the product and destination; instead we issue the relevant papers against each order. If your customer or your own quality system requires a specific certificate, name it in the quote request and we confirm whether we can supply it, rather than letting you discover a gap after the goods have shipped.

Is there a charge for certificates?
Standard compliance statements are part of the order. Third-party re-testing to a specific customer spec can carry a cost; we state that in the quotation so it is not a surprise.
Can you send certificates before I place the order?
We can share what we hold under NDA. For a certificate tied to your specific batch, it is issued after production because it describes that batch.
