Can you build a USB drive to my exact shape or design?

In short

Yes, that is what a custom mould is for. Send your design — artwork, a product photo, a 3D file or even a sketch — and we turn it into a mould and a drive. The specification we quote against is the interface, capacity, body material and the shape itself; the shape is confirmed by a sample before mass production. A drive built to your exact shape is a moulded product, not a printed standard body, so budget the tooling step and the sample approval that come with it.

What to send

Anything that defines the shape: a 3D file is ideal, but artwork or a photo works to start.

The interface and capacity, so the electronics fit the form.

The body material if you have a preference (metal, PVC, wood).

How it becomes real

We cut the mould, produce a sample, and you approve the shape before the run. The approved sample is the reference the batch is checked against.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a 3D file to start?

No. A clear sketch or photo is enough to scope the mould; we fill in the engineering. A 3D file speeds it up but is not the gate.

Can the shape include moving parts?

Simple swivel or cap mechanisms are standard. Complex moving mechanics are a design discussion; tell us what the shape must do, not just how it looks.
