Do you handle reorders, and do you keep the configuration identical?

In short

Yes, and holding the configuration is the point of reordering with a factory rather than re-buying each time. We keep the approved specification — silicon grade, controller, capacity and marking — against your order record, and we compare a unit from each new batch to the approved sample. A silent change to any of those is treated as a defect, not a convenience, because a repeat batch that is not the same part is worse than a late one. Give us the reference and we rebuild to it; if anything in the supply chain forces a change, we raise it in writing before building.

What we hold

The approved specification: grade, controller, capacity, marking.

The approved sample, kept and used as the batch reference.

Your tooling, reserved for your reorders.

What we flag

If a silicon or controller source shifts in the market, we tell you before building, not after. A change you did not agree to is a quality problem, not a saving.

Frequently asked questions

How fast is a reorder versus a first order?

Usually faster, because there is no tooling or sample round. The time is set by quantity and current load, confirmed when you reorder.

What if my approved sample is lost?

We keep our own reference of the approved unit, so a reorder does not depend on your sample surviving. We compare the new batch to ours.
