How do I specify printing and artwork for my branded drives or cards?
Send your artwork as a vector file where possible (AI, EPS, PDF) plus any colour references, and tell us the method — silk-screen, full-colour print or laser engraving — which we match to the body material. We proof the print before mass production, so you see the mark on the actual material rather than on screen. For a TF card the print area is the small card face, so simpler marks read better than fine detail. The artwork step is part of the quotation timeline, not a separate rush after the drives are built.
Method by material
Metal bodies: laser engraving reads as the natural premium method; silk-screen also works.
PVC bodies: full-colour printing carries the most detail and colour.
Wood bodies: laser engraving suits the grain; colour print is less natural.
TF cards: silk-screen or print on the small face; keep the mark bold.
The proof step
We produce a print proof on the actual material and you approve it before mass print. Approving the proof is what stops a colour or position error from reaching the whole order.

Frequently asked questions
What file format do you need?
Vector art (AI, EPS, PDF) with fonts outlined is best. For engraving, a clean single-colour mark proofs most predictably. We will tell you if your file needs rework.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
For print, yes where the process allows; tell us the Pantone and we proof against it. Engraving is monochrome by nature, so colour matching does not apply to laser.
